General Terms

By commissioning me, you agree to these terms.
I have the right to refuse any commission request if it does not align with my style, values, or comfort.

Payment & Pricing

• All prices are listed in the posts and are subject to change based on complexity.• Monetized Content will double the price and Commercial use will triple the price.• You have an option to pay 50% upfront to start, then pay the other 50% later after the commission is complete.• I only accept payments via GCash and PayPal.• International prices are adjusted to cover PayPal's extra fees.• When paying using PayPal, it must be sent as "Friends and Family"• No refunds. If I can't complete the artwork for any reason, I will issue a refund.

Commission Process & Communication

•It is required to fill out the form provided when ordering for clear information and to avoid confusion.• A proper reference sheet/images are a must when presenting a character design. Unfortunately, purely descriptive-based or not having a clear view of the character will not be supported.• Payment must come first before the commission starts.• I will keep you updated during the process once it starts, and you may ask for revisions during that time.• Up to 5 minor revisions, additional revisions will add extra charge. (50php/$2 per revision)• After final approval, no major revisions will be accepted unless discussed beforehand. Otherwise it will add extra charge. (150php/$6)• Feel free to ask for progress updates, but please be patient and respectful.

Deadlines & Turnaround Time

• Completion time varies based on complexity, workload, and communication speed. Expect 1-2 weeks for completion.• When unresponsive for 48hrs, the commission will be put on hold. It will be resumed once you've made a reply

Rights & Usage

• I retain all copyrights and the right to display the skins in my portfolio and social media unless requested otherwise.• Crediting me is optional; however, you cannot claim the skin as your own work. (This also applies to Monetized Content and Commercial Use)• Editing/changing the design is not allowed.• Feeding my work on AI is not allowed.
