General Terms
By commissioning me, you agree to these terms.
I have the right to refuse any commission request if it does not align with my style, values, or comfort.
Payment & Pricing
• All prices are listed in the posts and are subject to change based on complexity.
• Monetized Content will double the price and Commercial use will triple the price.
• You have an option to pay 50% upfront to start, then pay the other 50% later after the commission is complete.
• International prices are adjusted to cover PayPal's extra fees.
• I only accept payments via GCash and PayPal
• No refunds. If I can't complete the artwork for any reason, I will issue a refund.
Commission Process & Communication
• You must fill out the form provided when ordering to avoid confusion.
• Must pay before the commission starts.
• I will keep you updated during the process once it starts, and you may ask for revisions during it.
• Up to 5 minor revisions, additional revisions will add extra charge (50php/$2 per revision)
• After final approval, no major revisions will be accepted unless discussed beforehand.
• Feel free to ask for progress updates, but please be patient and respectful.
Deadlines & Turnaround Time
Completion time varies based on complexity, workload, and communication speed. Expect 1-2 days for completion.Considering being back in college, commissions are now expected to take at least 1 week, depending on how busy it is that week.
Rights & Usage
• I retain all copyrights and the right to display the skins and custom hats in my portfolio and social media unless requested otherwise.
• Crediting me is optional, however you cannot claim the skin as your own work. (This also applies to Monetized Content and Commercial Use)
• Editing/changing the design is not allowed.
• Feeding my work on AI is not allowed.
